1. Return and Exchange Conditions
Customers are required to check the condition of the goods and may exchange or return the items at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:
- The goods do not match the type or model in the order placed or as displayed on the website at the time of ordering.
- The quantity is insufficient or incomplete as per the order.
- The external condition is compromised, such as torn packaging, peeling, or broken items.
Customers are responsible for providing related documents to prove the above deficiencies in order to complete the return/exchange process.
2. Notification and Return/Exchange Timeframe
- Notification time for return/exchange: Within 48 hours of receiving the product in cases of missing accessories, gifts, or damage.
- Return shipping timeframe: Within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Location for product returns/exchanges: Customers can either bring the items directly to our office/store or send them via postal service.
